Jeezy wants to work with Eminem again

If there ever was any beef between Young Jeezy and Eminem after their song "Talk to Me" with Freddie Gibbs leaked in 2012, it appears to be squashed now.
Jeezy told MLive.com in an interview last week he wants to work with Eminem again, and expressed nothing but hope it can happen as he's in the midst of a two-month Seen It All Tour that includes stops in Detroit (Nov. 7) and Grand Rapids (Nov. 6). .
"He's one of the best who ever did it," Jeezy said. "I always want to work with cats like that!"
The Columbia, S.C. born Jeezy, aka "Snowman," claims he still doesn't know how the song got out and was "heated" when he found out it did.
"It's like espionage out there, man," Jeezy said of unexplained song leaks.
Jeezy said his collaboration with Eminem and Gibbs was supposed to go on an album before the unexplained leak occurred.
Based on Jeezy's demeanor in his interview with MLive, it doesn't seem like there's any kind of animosity at all.
In fact, Jeezy went on to praise Eminem for his dedication to Detroit and an upcomingShady XV album release on Nov. 24 that includes a song with Big Sean, Royce da 5'9", Trick Trick, Danny Brown and Dej Loaf called "Detroit vs. Everybody."
"He always represents the 313, so you got to respect that," Jeezy said of Eminem.
Jeezy added that he thought Eminem's efforts to create a Detroit rap rally cry with so many artists with local ties is important.
Jeezy recalls some of his first concerts in downtown Detroit and the support he received from locals who helped instill confidence in him to keep pursuing his dreams.
"When I say Detroit is like my second home, it's almost like it raised me," he said. "I'm going to be an honorary Detroit member."
In terms of the future of rap and hp hop in Detroit, he believes it's in good hands.
Big Sean, 26, is one of many talents who will keep the city on the map, Jeezy said.
"He's a cool kid," said Jeezy of Sean, reflecting on the successful work they did on the 2012 "Detroit" mixtape. "He's like your little brother who just does right.
"I saw him recently and just told him to stay focussed and keep doing what he doing; he's always cool."
